What We Offer
We support adults aged 18 and over, including older people, adults with physical disabilities, long-term health conditions, and those requiring support following illness or hospital discharge. All care is delivered with flexibility, compassion, and respect for personal choice.
Important: Heart2Heart Care Ltd provides non-clinical personal care only. We do not deliver nursing or invasive clinical care. Where such needs arise, we coordinate with district nursing or relevant professionals.
