Our Complaints Process
- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
- Investigation: We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and fairly, involving you throughout the process.
- Response: We will provide a full written response, including any actions we will take to prevent similar issues in the future.
- Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 28 days. If this is not possible, we will keep you informed of progress.
