Staff Training & Awareness
All Heart2Heart Care Ltd staff receive comprehensive safeguarding training as part of their induction and ongoing development. This includes:
- Recognising signs and indicators of abuse
- Understanding their duty to report concerns
- Following safeguarding procedures and escalation pathways
- Promoting dignity, respect, and person-centred care
- Understanding the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards
Whistleblowing
We encourage all staff, service users, families, and professionals to speak up if they have concerns about poor practice or potential harm.
